Right now, you're probably wondering...
"Why the <BLEEP> did I ever click this damn link"!?!
Honestly I'm really wondering the same thing. But more like, "Why oh why did I let myself talked into this?"
Ya know, I could have gone to Epic Universal, or somewhere else that a "normal" person would have gone too. But here I am, and I've spent a ton of time going over what I would be carrying in my day pack. The goal was to keep the pack as light as possible, because most days I would be walking between 10 and 15 miles. I'm sure I will be worn out each day, and as you can image this all sort of adds up after a while.
The list looks something like this:
If it changes much I'll of course update the list
Probably not in my pack
Electric Momoa Knoxville Sunglasses
iPhone
Airpods (for when I tire of humans)
Apple Watch (gotta track those steps)
Oura Ring (because someone talked me into it, you know who you are!)
HOKA Mafate Speed 4 (trail shoes)
Calf sleeves (Because I get shin splits)
Osprey Talon 26 Day Pack
Goodr Sunglasses (These are my spare sunglasses)
Reading Glasses (Spare)
Nitecore NB20000 Powerbank
Nitecore NU25 Headlamp
Decathlon Forclaz MT100 Rain Poncho
Osprey Pack Cover
Packtowel (Quick dry towel)
Insta360 X5 360 camera & accessories (way too may to list)
Clothing
Outdoor Research Sun hat (Ball cap)
Darn Tough Lightweight Wool Socks (Spare)
Beanie and Buff (Buffs are still cool)
Osprey Windbreaker
Personal Care/Hygiene
First-aid kit
Leuko Tape (cause who wants blisters)
Water Filter system (Platypus Quickdraw Filter, & CNOC 3-liter bag)
Antibacterial Wipes and Stuff to keep clean on the trail
LMNT hydration powder & Salt Stick Chews
Picture Time
That's it....come back some other time, hopefully I would have posted another, well blog post.
Until then, stay outta trouble and if you can't do that, don't get caught.
Tim
